• Frankincense also called Olibanum, is obtained from the bark of a shrub called Boswellia carterii. Used in amber and oriental perfumes, frankincense brings warmth, comfort and softness, and above all connects us to our divine spark. ->possible addition: sacred frankincense.

• Vanilla sweet and comforting, is a spice from the Orchidaceae family. It is now mainly produced in Madagascar.

  In the first few days, we soothe the nervous system and step away from the noise: rediscovering the breath, grounding ourselves barefoot on the earth, feeling energy awaken through contact with cool water, until we fully welcome the first sunrise. From calm, we move toward energy.
  
• Changing perspective.
  The inner dialogue gently transforms. We care for our balance, stop judging ourselves, and look at what is already there: gratitude, pride, and the love we can finally let flow. We begin to radiate toward others.
  
• Returning to what matters.
  The work becomes more inward: contemplating what we have received, allowing ourselves a real pause, looking back at the path we have traveled, remembering how we learned to love. And simply laughing. This is where we rediscover our identity.
  
• Radiating.
  The body takes its place again through dance, we return to a nourishing place, care for the living by gardening, and receive unconditional love. We open ourselves to the arrival of Aura 21.
