Bergamot has fresh, citrusy and lavender notes. It is the essential oil of joie de vivre par excellence. It stimulates the solar plexus chakra, fostering confidence and self-esteem.

Frankincense also called Olibanum, is obtained from the bark of a shrub called Boswellia carterii. Used in amber and oriental perfumes, frankincense brings warmth, comfort and softness, and above all connects us to our divine spark. ->possible addition: sacred frankincense.

Vanilla sweet and comforting, is a spice from the Orchidaceae family. It is now mainly produced in Madagascar.

Before Aura 21 the fragrance inspired by the fifth element settles on your skin, a 21-day ritual prepares you for it, in four stages.

Making room.
In the first few days, the nervous system is soothed and we step away from the noise: rediscovering the breath, grounding ourselves barefoot on the earth, feeling energy awaken through contact with cool water, until we fully welcome the first sunrise. From calm, we move toward energy.
Changing perspective.
The inner dialogue gradually transforms. We take care of our balance, stop judging ourselves, and look at what is already there: gratitude, pride, the love we can finally let flow. We begin to radiate toward others.
Returning to what matters.
The work becomes more inward: contemplating what we have received, giving ourselves a real break, looking back at the journey, remembering how we learned to love. And simply laughing. This is where we rediscover our identity.
Radiating.
The body reclaims its place through dance, we return to a restorative place, care for living things through gardening, and receive unconditional love. We open ourselves to the arrival of Aura 21.

1. Awaken your fragrance
Your fragrance contains spring water from Saint-Genulphe, which rises on Valérie Demars’s family land.
Take the bottle in your hands and gently draw five infinity signs ∞ to energize your fragrance. May this gesture open a pause in your day.

2. Listen to your heart
Close your eyes. Bring your attention to your heart. Inhale deeply, then exhale slowly. For a few moments, let your breath bring you back to yourself. You have nothing to accomplish. Only to be here.

3. Apply your fragrance
Spray two or three touches of fragrance, distributed between your neck and wrists. Welcome this gesture as a delicate act of care toward yourself.

4. Let your senses guide you
