La violette

March: the month of the violet

valérie demars

Where does the violet come from?

It is the flower of the month of March par excellence, it grows on the edges of woods or in lawns.

Early blooming, the March violet heralds spring. Growing wild, it gives a natural look to the garden. It is the flower of renewal.

What are its benefits?

In perfumery, an extract of violet leaves, originally from Egypt, is used for its very green, herbaceous scent. The flower does not give off its wonderful powdery fragrance when distilled. The odorant molecule is Ionone, which is also obtained from natural sources.

Its delicate, powdery, addictive fragrance is powerful.

Just breathe it in to feel immediately soothed and transported to the edge of the woods, on a carpet of violets.

Ritual around the Violet

Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, then a deep breath out, feel the scent of Doux Saphir or Sweet Ophelia and focus on the throat chakra.

Verbalize everything that comes into your mind, what you no longer want to see in your life, and on the contrary what you want to manifest in your life.

Take another deep breath and free your voice to move towards your path.
