Do you deliver abroad?
Packages are shipped by Colissimo in mainland France (including Corsica), Europe and worldwide to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
For the United States and Canada, customs fees are included. The total amount of your order includes taxes and customs duties. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
For all other countries, customs duties may apply in accordance with the regulations in force in your country.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery to Mondial Relay collection points is offered for orders over €40 (mainland France).
Free home delivery for orders over €60 (mainland France).
The price of home delivery starts from €5.90 including all taxes, for all parcels destined for mainland France (including Corsica) and from €10 including all taxes for all parcels destined for the European Union.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be processed within 2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the validation of your order (excluding circumstances preventing delivery, such as unavailability), for payment by credit card.
Your order will be delivered by Colissimo Suivi within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) following its processing by us.
All orders placed before noon (12pm) from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding Christmas periods, special operations, etc.)
What delivery methods are offered?
We have chosen the Colissimo Tracking service from La Poste for the delivery of your orders to your home and to Colissimo relay points.
We also offer delivery to Mondial Relay collection points.
How do I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
Please write to us immediately at bonjour@aimeedemars.com . If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change.
