Where does Bergamot come from?

Our citrus bergamia essential oil comes from Calabria in Italy.

It is obtained by expression of the zest, that is to say not by distillation with water, but by cold pressing of the bergamot zest.

What are its benefits?

Bergamot is the essential oil of joy of life , of good humor, breathing it puts a smile on the lips. Its richness in linalool gives it these properties.

This small yellow fruit, a little bigger than a lemon, is like a little sun on Earth.

We often speak of the heart as the center of the intelligence of the heart and what if the true heart, the initiatory heart was the solar plexus?

The plexus connects us with universal life, the entire cosmos.

It is called the solar plexus because it is linked to the sun, the heart of our universe.

It is an autonomous nervous center, a concentration of nerves, it directs like a brain the different organs to which it is linked.

So we have two brains: the upper one and the lower one (the plexus), we need to learn to balance the two, especially before concentrating on intense intellectual work.

Ritual around Bergamot

I offer you the meditation inspired by Omraam Aivanhov:

Start by inhaling the bergamot essential oil or the Sparkling Aurore Perfume or the Divine É emeraude that you will place between your hands, take a deep breath in, then a deep breath out.

Focus on the solar plexus, imagine that you are at the edge of a beach or a river, the sky is blue, the sun is shining.

Another tip:

If you feel your brain starting to shut down during your day's work, massage your solar plexus with the Radiant Silky Oil in a counterclockwise direction.
