New Moon Candle: Lemon verbena, cut grass, sage, myrrh.

Full Moon Candle: Lavender, Palo Santo, Sage.

• While seated, place your right hand on your left shoulder, your left hand on your right shoulder. Your forearms will naturally cross in front of the center of your chest. Let your head tilt slightly and close your eyes in this "hugging" posture to yourself. Take all the time you need in this posture to let your feelings emerge and fulfill your need for listening and gentleness. 
• When you feel ready, straighten your head and open your arms wide in a "V" shape toward the sky. If your neck allows, let your head tilt slightly backward as if you want to look at the sky through your closed eyelids. Take several deep breaths and feel your whole body and your Being fill with love and joy.  
• Then bring your hands into a prayer position above your head and lower them in front of the center of your chest, where the energy center of your heartis located. Let yourself be carried by the feeling of gratitude that arises (or recall a situation for which you feel thankful). 
• You can now light your Invocation candle with a match while calling 3 times your angels or the universe.  
• Return your arms to the "V" position and address your request or prayer. You can then place your hands in Gyan Mudra (index finger and thumb touching) and meditate for a few minutes. Messages and blessings may come to you at this time. 
• To finish, bring your left hand to the center of your chest with your right hand on top, feel in your heart how much your message has been received and bow your head before extinguishing your candle.

Meditation "LUNAR CONNECTION," by Catherine

Inspired by a kriya from Kundalini yoga, this meditation is
an invitation to connect with the Moon through the lunar mounts of your hands.

In a comfortable seated position, back straight, eyes closed,
take a few breaths while visualizing the Moon just above you. With
each inhale, visualize the white light of the Moon filling your lungs
and spreading throughout your body, then let the exhale soothe you.

Bring your hands in front of your heart space (center of the
chest), palms facing the sky, tap the lunar mounts (lower edge of the
hand’s side) to awaken energy in this area. Rhythmically and quickly chant the mantra “Har” (seed of creation) each time the mounts of your right and left hands meet.

Continue for 3 to 11 minutes

To finish: keep the lunar mounts in contact, visualize
the Moon between your hands and send it your request and/or expression of
gratitude   

With practice, you will feel more calm and clarity
settle into your life, and your wishes will be easier to manifest!
