- Sweet and reassuring vanilla is a spice from the Orchidaceae family. It is now mainly produced in Madagascar.

- Lavender is an emblematic material in perfumery. Its benefits, in particular relaxing, have been known for millennia, and its essential oil is the most used in aromatherapy. Linked to the third Chakra (Solar Plexus), it restores self-confidence.

- The almond in perfumery immediately brings us back to the smell of cleopatra glue from our childhood. Sweet reassuring smell of cakes too.

It is important to know how to recognize the scents of program N° 1 before starting program N° 2.

This kit contains 6 different scents numbered from 1 to 6.

It will help you regain your sense of smell in a few weeks by appealing to your memory, your emotions, your memories.

The objective: to practice smelling in order to reactivate the olfactory sensors.

How ?
One scent per day twice a day (morning and evening):
- Soak in the touch to smell, close your eyes and breathe.
- Look at the correspondence between the scent and the number on the back of the kit.
- Note your result on the form.
- Move on to the next scent the next day and repeat the experience for 6 weeks.

Do not apply on the skin.
