At Aimée de Mars, we select a true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), grown in France, where this plant expresses the full delicacy of its fragrance.
In the beautiful season, the flowering tops are harvested when they have reached full maturity. They are then steam distilled to obtain an essential oil that captures all the freshness, delicacy, and aromatic richness of the plant.
The climate, altitude, and soil type play a crucial role in the quality of each harvest. This combination of terroir, the producers' expertise, and the rhythm of nature gives rise to a living, deeply expressive material.
