Meditation "LUNAR CONNECTION", by Catherine Saurat-Pavard

Inspired by a Kundalini yoga kriya, this meditation is an invitation to connect with the Moon through the lunar mountains of your hands.

In a comfortable seat, with your back straight and eyes closed, take a few deep breaths while visualizing the moon directly above you. With each inhale, visualize the moon's white light filling your lungs and spreading throughout your body, then allow the exhale to bring you peace.

Bring your hands to the center of your chest, palms facing upward, and strike the moon mounts (base of the palms) to awaken the energy in this area. Rhythmically and rapidly chant the mantra "Har" (seed of creation) each time the mounts of your right and left hands meet.

Continue for 3 to 11 minutes

Finally: keep the lunar mounds in contact, visualize the Moon between your hands and address your request and/or expression of gratitude to it. 

With practice you will feel more calm and clarity settling into your life, and your wishes will be easier to manifest!
