Joie de vivre ritual

- The bergamot has fresh, citrusy, and lavender notes. It is the essential oil of joy of life par excellence. It stimulates the solar plexus chakra, promoting confidence and self-esteem.

- The Lemon is the essential citrus fruit in gastronomy and perfumery, lemon belongs to the Hesperid family, named after the garden of the same name in Greek mythology. Associated with the Solar Chakra, it makes us more optimistic.

Suggested ritual:

1/ In the morning, drink a glass of warm water (with or without lemon) upon waking to eliminate toxins. (I love warm water; I also drink it after meals. It’s an ancient Ayurvedic practice that also aids digestion).

2/ Light the New Moon Candle and do some exercises, movement, and breathing before breakfast, ideally for 30 minutes. (Adjust the duration based on your available time)

3/ Have a light breakfast based on fruit (banana and seasonal fruits), cereals (like oatmeal) with seeds (almonds, chia, walnuts for example) mixed with olive oil and lemon juice.

4/ Also take care of your home with a scent that makes you feel good. I chose Bergamot Sun which purifies and brightens the home.
