Joie de vivre ritual

- The bergamot has fresh, citrusy, and lavender notes. It is the essential oil of joy of life par excellence. It stimulates the solar plexus chakra, promoting confidence and self-esteem.

- The Lemon is the essential citrus fruit in gastronomy and perfumery, lemon belongs to the Hesperid family, named after the garden of the same name in Greek mythology. Associated with the Solar Chakra, it makes us more optimistic.

Suggested ritual:

1/ In the morning, drink a glass of hot water (with or without lemon) when you wake up to eliminate toxins. (I love hot water; I also drink it after meals. It’s an ancient Ayurvedic practice that also aids digestion.)

2/ Light the Full Moon Candle. Sit comfortably with your back straight and your eyes closed,
take a few breaths while visualizing the Moon just above you. With
each inhale, imagine the Moon’s white light filling your lungs
and spreading throughout your body, then let the exhale soothe you.

3/ Have a light breakfast made with fruit (banana and seasonal fruit), grains (such as rolled oats), and seeds (for example, almonds, chia, or walnuts), mixed with olive oil and lemon juice.

4/ Take care of your home, too, with a scent that makes you feel good. I chose Bergamot Sun which purifies and brightens the home.
